Ipamorelin

Ipamorelin is deemed one of the safest GHRPs (growth hormone releasing peptide) since it stimulates GH release from the pituitary gland without appetite stimulation or an increase in cortisol, acetylcholine, prolactin and aldosterone as seen with other peptides in its class. It is unique because it also stimulates IGF-1 production in the liver independent of GH levels. It is highly potent and has demonstrated good safety and tolerability in human clinical studies. Some of its known benefits include:

  • anti-aging
  • anti-inflammatory
  • muscle building
  • fat reduction
  • strengthen bones
  • healthy joints and ligaments
  • Cognition, focus and memory
  • improved skin quality
  • Better mood
  • energy and vitality
  • better sleep
  • accelerated weight loss
  • increased libido
  • long-term growth hormone production

Dosing

Usual anti-aging starting dose is a subcutaneous 200mcg once a day at bedtime, 5 days a week.

  • Water retention at higher doses
