Semaglutide
Semaglutide is an injectable GLP-1 peptide receptor agonist, which works by mimicking the effects of glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1), a hormone produced by the intestines. It is known to increase insulin sensitivity, triglyceride clearance, lipolysis (fat utilization for fuel) and metabolic rate, and decrease appetite, fat storage and rate of digestion, making you feel full longer.
